Cherokee Lodge - Crossville, Tennessee

Cherokee Lodge is located just off I-40 at exit #311 in Crossville, TN. It is just under 2 hours east of Nashville and just over an hour west of Knoxville.

We will have use of pool, hot tub, sports courts and other facilities as well as the chapel (seen below)located on the grounds.

Camping is available and there are a limited number of rooms and cabins available for rent (click here to see the rates). You should contact Cherokee early in order to reserve your place.

Cost

It may change for this year, but last year we asked for $10 per single/family unit to help defray the costs of planning and preparing for this event. This is in addition to the grounds fees charged by Cherokee Lodge. We are considering holding a cookout on Sunday and there will likely be a nominal cost (yet to be determined) for that meal if so. Stay tuned for more details.

Note: it is our desire to set up a CNC Assistance Fund to help those for whom cost could be a prohibitive factor. If you are interested in attending, but struggle with the cost, please contact us to inquire about what we have available. Cherokee Lodge Room Rates

10 – Hotel rooms on the second floor of lodge that share one full bath – Rate per night $92.00

2 – Hotel rooms on the third floor of lodge – Rate per night $97.00

6 – One bedroom with ½ bath cabins we are installing A/C this year – Rate per night $117.00

1 – One bedroom cabin with full kitchen and bath also getting A/C – Rate per night $187.00

1 – Two bedroom cabin with full kitchen and bath no A/C – Rate per night $180.00 or split by 2 couples at 107.00

1 - Four bedroom cabin with full kitchen and bath no A/C – Rate per night 440.00 or split by 4 couples at $107.00

RV site with electric, water, and sewer – Rate per night $72.00

Tent sites no electric, no water – Rate per night $58.00

All rates are for 2 adults including ground fees per night, Rate per additional adult is 12.50 plus ground fees per night.

Tax not included.

The restaurant can serve breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast is buffet style - $8.00 per person

Dinner is buffet style – 12.00 per person

Lunch is served at the Snack shack price list per item upon request.
