Poem 1

BODY LANGUAGE

She doesn't have to say "I love You",
For it's felt in many ways,
A pat on the shoulder
A squeeze of the hand.
She'll wait in the middle of the kitchen for a hug.
She'll sit 'cross the room and smile and her eyes will sparkle
And within me I'll hear them SHOUT "I love you".
It must be a shout for like an arrow it strikes at the very core
Of my being and reverberates through my soul.
Oft is the time with foot in mouth I realize what a fool I've been.
I'll say "I'm sorry" and within her warm and gentle smile I'll hear
"I forgive you".
For she is great of heart and gentle of spirit.

I am sure she shal appreciate that. Yes, through a person's actions and expressions, etc., one can tell that they love you. But I myself would like to hear it. My friend knows I love her, but still, I insist on saying it every now and then. Whatever way works for you, keep it up! Maybe, Greg.
Live life in love, for to love is to live!
