Scrolling Icons

Say, What does a scrolling Topics icon mean, or for that matter one with a star - is there a legend somewhere explaining? thanks...

The star indicates that you have posted to that strip.
The scrolling probably indicates that the strip is currently open.

And then there is one that looks like an exclamation point also (!)...

Icon Descriptions or Legend
Two general points
- Red icons are unread items, blue/grey are read
- A star on any topic means you have posted in it

- Announcement
- Sticky topic
- Read topic
- Unread topic
- Read topic that you have posted in
- Unread topic that you have posted in
- Hot topic
- Locked topic
- Moved topic
- Forum with subforums (which have been read)
- Forum with subforums (which are unread)
- Link forum
- Attachment
- Go to last post in the topic
- Go to last unread post in the topic
- Subforum read
- Subforum unread

A "Hot Topic" is one which has received 25 or more posts.


A "Sticky Topic" is one which the moderaters had flagged to stay at the top of the forum list, usually for easy access.
