I want to remind everyone to update their email address when/if it changes, and also to remind you all that it's a good idea to change your password every month.

Both of these can be done in your Profile. Just remember that when you change your email address you will need to enter your current password as well.

If anyone has problems with either of these please feel free to let me know and I'll help you with it.

This may seem like a dumb question but, how do I change my username? This is due to a Social Media Policy implementation at work. I've learned I'm in violation of the policy due to my username.

Changing a user name is not something a user can do themselves but if you sent a PM to me I can change it for you.

OK, I'm new to this. I need to change my password and your info says I can do it in my profile. Where can I find my profile? It is probably something I haven't done, should and will be happy to do so. But where do I locate that? Thanks for the help, sorry to be so cyber-challenged.

Grampa Bob,

Your Profile is located in the "User Control Panel" located at the upper left of the screen.

When you click on User Control Panel, you will see the "Profile" tab. When you click on that, you will see "Edit Account Settings". That is where you can change your password.

natman: This is Jim (firefighter) My old email was hacked then my computer crashed so I have been unable to access my old account which I created in 2006. My old email which is no longer in use was firefighter@sc.rr.com. Please if anyone can help me. My new email is on this account. Thanks.
